The Rotary Vacuum Drum Filter Bag (also called filter cloth for RVDF) is a critical filtration media used to line the surface of the rotating drum in a Rotary Vacuum Drum Filter (RVDF). It captures solid particles while allowing liquid (filtrate) to pass through under vacuum pressure.

Purpose of the Filter Bag The filter cloth/bag:

• Forms the filtration surface on the drum
• Retains the solid particles (filter cake)
• Allows filtrate to pass into the vacuum system
